Announcing Rebalance’s 8th Accelerator Cohort: 10 Women-led Startups, 5 countries ❤
Rebalance is India’s first, largest accelerator and angel community that invests in startups led by female and diverse founders. Co-founded by Aishwarya Malhi and Vikas Kumar in 2019, Rebalance is on a mission to accelerate diversity in founders and funders.
“The hard thing about hard paths in life like entrepreneurship is creating a community that takes away the loneliness of the journey. For women and underrepresented founders, it can be twice as hard. Rebalance has invested in 25 startups across climate, deep-tech healthcare, hardware, fintech, D2C, consumer tech, quick commerce logistics, biotech, and more. Our portfolio is 85% women. Rebalance is also India’s first angel community that’s 60% women.
In just 2024, 40% of the (13) investments were in deep tech: hardware, healthcare, biosciences and clean-tech, and the largest contributor of capital from the angel community was also a woman.
Rebalance’s 8th accelerator cohort hosted 25 founders from India, Berlin, Toronto, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
They’re writers, long-range bikers, squash champs, painters, gamers, and most importantly an endearingly passionate bunch.

We kickstarted the cohort in November 2024 with 10 stellar women-led startups across advanced materials, deep-tech healthcare, D2C, fintech, sustainability, personal safety, IRL community tech, creator economy, and more.

Aegion Aerospace
Co-founded by Samridhi Shoor & Varun Dev Shoor, Aegion is a deep-tech advanced materials company pioneering new materials for the next generation of defense, nuclear, aerospace, and space systems. This extraordinary duo is building Aegion in India’s capital, Delhi NCR.
GridXenergy
Co-founded by Paridhi Sinha, Shivanshu Mahim, Vishrut Vatsa & Hriteek Agarwal: GridX is a battery-as-a-service platform designed for the daily commuters of India, powered by a lightweight, modular, and versatile battery that can practically be charged anywhere. This high-energy pack of four hails from Delhi NCR.
Tova
Co-founded by Pranay Periwal and Athena Au, Tova is building an exclusive members-only social club dedicated to fostering meaningful connections & a sense of belonging among like-minded individuals. Their unique compatibility algorithm creates effortless connections. This team is contagiously cheerful and based in Hong Kong, at the moment.
Cosma
Dr. Charu Sharma and Dr. Sachin Bhardwaj have developed the world’s 1st multi-prevention non-hormonal technology to enable safer therapeutics for women. They believe existing solutions for fertility, menopause, and contraception are prevalent despite the known side-effects or are not affordable by majority women. This doctor-turned-entrepreneur duo is based in Delhi NCR and developed the initial POC with IIT-Bombay.
NoCap Foods
Launched in 2024 by Megha Joshi and Abhinav Agarwal, NoCap is a snacking brand with no additives, preservatives, or chemicals. They have grown 300%+ MoM since they joined Rebalance and are available at 30+ retail stores. This young team with impressive execution prowess hails from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
NatureThings
Nalini Veeraghanta, Pavan Veeraghanta, and Ashwin Dhanasri are on a mission to ensure every development is green in the future. Naturethings is an AI powered Naturetech platform on a mission to enable building and asset owners to unlock nature-based sustainability, wellbeing, cost efficiency. This experienced, nature-loving trio is based in Singapore.
Yellow Naturals
Co-founded by Pooja Dugar and Allok Nagpall, Yellow Naturals is a conscious personal care brand for kids aged 4–15 years. This dynamic marketing duo is based in Gurugram, Haryana.
Inggage
Co-founded by Mansha Rajput and Suryansu Dash, Inggage is India’s first pay-as-you-go creator platform to solve the ever-looming question of ROI and standardization for both influencers and brands. This young team is based in Mumbai.
Orbitwallet
Co-founded by Harshvardhan Zaveri, Shikha Choksey & Aman Bisht, Orbitwallet is an all-in-one digital platform and card on a mission to unify mobility, payments, and access for India. This hardworking and always feet-on-ground team is based in Bangalore, India.
Rove ai
Co-founded by Christian Nordkvist and Kira Kaur, Rove is an AI-powered public safety app that prevents violence against women. This incredible team is based in Toronto & Berlin.
