Rebalance is India’s first set of initiatives on a mission to accelerate diversity in founders & venture capital. We run an early-stage accelerator and angel community that shapes and invests up to $150K in companies with at least one woman as a co-founder.
Our goal is to arm and exponentially advance female, diverse and non-binary people who are leading, shaping, and funding the future.
We invest through Rebalance Angel Community and co-invest alongside 150+ VC partners across India, SEA, Europe & the US on this mission. Since 2019, we’ve invested in companies across biotech, D2C, fintech, edtech, healthcare, SaaS, and more.
Rebalance companies have collectively raised $20M in pre-seed/seed funding as follow-on rounds after the accelerator program.
Our most recent investment was in Hyperface, part of cohort 04 (below). Hyperface raised $9M in seed led by 3one4Capital alongside Flipkart Ventures, 021 Capital, Groww, Better Capital, and notable angels such as Kunal Shah.
Looking back at where we started three years ago, we’re feeling incredibly grateful to all the mentors, founders, investors, and wellwishers for propelling our mission this far and continuously giving us the opportunity to move the dial.
Today we’re excited to announce the 7 companies that comprise our fourth cohort.
Rebalance Accelerator Cohort 04 hosted 15 founders from Bombay, Singapore, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Noida building companies across D2C, Biotech, Deeptech Healthcare, Beauty, and gaming.
From scientists, nutritionists, techies, and gamers to executives from Juspay, HSBC, Kotak Mahindra, and Tata, all came together to support each other while they accelerated momentum on their milestones.

Plant Power: India’s first 100% plant-based nutrition and snack brand that’s actually tasty.
4. Aishwarya Jaishankar & Ramanathan RV
Hyperface: Asia’s first modern credit card stack to enable 10x faster execution of co-branded credit cards and pay later issuance at scale.
5. Pushkin Saxena, Tessy Jose, Kunal Vohra and Vishal Marwaha
Superlative: Building the world’s largest real-money gaming platform that leverages built-in retention drivers to enhance new player experience and engagement.
6. Priya Ramani & Ramya Seetharaman
Haemetrics: Building an automated, POCT device that analyzes female health-associated hormones to make rapid, on-site blood analysis possible.
7. Deepa Pillai & Mayank Sharma
Zoi: 100% Ayurvedic, personal care brand that prioritizes and simplifies pregnancy and postpartum self-care.
